This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through our website. By placing an online order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Final on Custom & Special Orders

All custom, special-order, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wheels ordered to specific fitment or finish

• Tires that have been mounted, balanced, or test-fitted

• Any product modified or ordered specifically for the customer

2. Eligible Returns

Non-custom products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

• Return request is submitted within 7–14 days of delivery

• Item is unused, uninstalled, and unmounted

• Item is returned in original packaging and resalable condition

• Proof of purchase is provided

All returns are subject to approval after inspection.

3. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20–30%, depending on the product and supplier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

• A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging and shipping labels

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process

• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellations

Online orders may only be canceled before processing or supplier submission. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying correct vehicle fitment before placing an online order. Returns due to incorrect size, offset, bolt pattern, or application selected by the customer will not be accepted.
